Costume Spotlight: Xiao Long Nu, Return of the Condor Heroes
There’s something incredibly special about seeing a beautiful woman in an etereal flowing white dress in a wuxia setting. And who embodies this perfection better than Xiao Long Nu? She is the Queen of the flowing white dress ^^
Overused? Yes. Effective? Hell yeah!
I particularly love Liu Yi Fei’s version - there’s some really lovely details in the embroidery and the sleeves are nothing short of spectacular. It pulls you into her world - each scene seems straight out of a fantasy - beautiful.
“He always touches me with how hard he works. He didn’t sleep for 72 straight once while producing his album. Sometimes I have to tell him to relax. I mean Leehom buy a TV please, watch some TV and relax. He’s such a deep character, his outermost layer makes him seem shy, reserved, and a music nerd, but once you get to know him better he is so hyper. Yet if you get past that level you see that he’s incredibly lonely, I remember we watched a movie about a man who had nothing but music and Leehom was moved to tears. Leehom felt the same way. I think he sacrifices too much for music, all the times he has to miss his families special events I always see the pain in his eyes. But hey Leehom you gotta work on those jokes, haha, just kidding. “ - Blackie Chen

that video of his early days…his accent when he talks chinese reminds me sooo much of Xia Ke Li, Huang Jia Qian’s hubby, Renfu’s friend. lol
The F4 of the drama, The Moon That Embraces the Sun:
Yeo Jin Goo as Prince Lee Hwon
Lee Min Ho as Prince Yang Myung
Lee Won Geun as Jin Chae Woon
Im Si Wan as Heo Yeom
Who would’ve thought that they would fit the role of characters of a historical drama? ADFSJFASKDJFLSAFJ!! Soo manly and handsome ♥___♥ I wish they could just stay kids in the drama. Nonetheless, I hope they will be casted in more dramas soon~
